1. Cancellation Timeframe
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.
After this period, your order is processed and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Cancellation Fees
We do not charge any cancellation fees.
If your request is made within 24 hours, you will receive a 100% full refund with no deductions.
4. Cancellations After 24 Hours
After 24 hours:
- Orders are sent to production or fulfillment
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- If already shipped, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery
5. Custom & Personalized Orders
For custom-made or personalized items:
- Cancellation is allowed only within the first 24 hours
- After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible
6. Address Changes vs Cancellation
If you entered an incorrect shipping address:
- Contact us within 24 hours
- We may update the address without canceling the order
After 24 hours, changes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Refund Process (Approved Cancellations)
If your cancellation is approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation with refund details
8. Refund Timeline
Although refunds are initiated immediately:
- It may take up to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) for funds to appear
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
9. Security & Fraud Checks
We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

10. Cancellation Due to Stock or Pricing Errors
In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
If this happens, you will be informed and issued a full refund immediately.
11. Orders in Transit
If your order has already been shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- You may return the item after delivery according to our return policy
12. Partial Order Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items:
- You may cancel specific items within 24 hours
- The corresponding amount will be refunded
