1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as Delivered to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Item must be free from perfume, smoke, or detergent odors

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products (tailored to your measurements)
  • Personalized items (custom embroidery or patches)
  • Final sale items (clearance or discounted products)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your Order Number (e.g., #12345)
  • Clear photos of the item (front, back, tags)
  • A brief reason for the return

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Return Authorization (Required)

Do not send items back without receiving an official Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs (Defective or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • We cover 100% of return shipping costs
  • A prepaid shipping label or reimbursement will be provided

7. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Reasons)

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size selection or change of mind):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs fees must also be covered by the customer

8. Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 30 days:

  • Customer pays for return shipping
  • We ship the replacement item free of charge

9. Return Processing Time

Once your return is received:

  • Inspection takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • You will be notified via email after evaluation

10. Refund Approval

After inspection:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection
  • Rejected returns (due to improper condition) will be sent back at your expense

11. Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For security reasons, refunds cannot be sent to a different account.

Approved refunds are processed immediately.

  • Funds typically appear within 10 business days
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

13. Damaged Items (48-Hour Rule)

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After this, orders move into processing and cannot be canceled.

16. Address Changes

Shipping address updates are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Once shipped, changes are not possible.

17. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item is returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error)
  • The return is approved after the 30-day window (exception cases only)
